Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and three years of progressively responsible HR administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional HR consultation to departments, supervisors, and employees regarding policies and employment matters.
• Guides employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and other employment-related issues.
• Conducts employee relations investigations and prepares objective summaries for leadership review.
• Coordinates and administers leave programs (FMLA, MNPL, workers’ compensation) with regulatory compliance.
• Maintains HR records and processes transactions in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Supports development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field

Master’s degree in HR management, business administration, public administration, or organizational development
