Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to associate inquiries promptly and accurately in line with SLA guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in the case management system.
• Educate associates on self-service HR tools like Workday.
• Process daily Workday transactions and draft HR-related agreements.
• Review invoices and prepare payment memos; ensure compliance reports.
