Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in HR, business administration, finance, accounting or related discipline preferred.
• Five or more years in HR, compensation, corporate travel, finance or related field.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking and job evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate travel program administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as relationship manager for travel agencies and vendors; manage travel technology partners.
• Administer SAP Concur travel and expense programs, including pre-travel approvals.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for travel spend, HR operations and compensation activities.
• Support compensation initiatives, market data collection, and benchmarking analyses.
