Sysco is seeking an Operations Trainer responsible for ongoing training within Warehouse and Meat Production operations. This role focuses on training new associates and re-training those who do not meet performance standards, fostering a safe and productive workforce in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Operations Trainer is responsible for ongoing training for all colleagues within Warehouse and Meat Production operations, including all shifts and temperature zones. The trainer will also re-train associates who do not meet performance standards, reinforcing essential skills to foster a safe, competent, and productive workforce through classroom or one-on-one training.
Education: High School Graduate
Experience: 2 years as a Manufacturing Operations trainer or supervisor
Proficient in Microsoft Office, effective written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills.
