**Job Overview:**
The Fulfillment Operations Trainer should possess broad subject matter expertise, consistently meet performance expectations, and demonstrate the ability to train and develop team members in department workflows. This role involves frontline work and contributes to department operations. The trainer conducts ongoing training for new employees after their initial onboarding, serving as a developmental position that offers growth opportunities in leadership and career advancement.

**Responsibilities:**

• Contribute to daily frontline operations as assigned by leads and supervisors.
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross-trainers, and existing team members needing support.
• Coordinate cross-training activities through communication and scheduling with trainees.
• Support continuous improvement projects with subject matter expertise.
• Assist leads and supervisors in diagnosing and enhancing team performance.

**Requirements:**

• Must be 18+ years old; High school diploma or GED required.
• Employed in good standing with ExactCare Pharmacy for at least 6 months.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), with current certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a technician license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, primarily sitting at a desk.
• Work 3rd shift, four 10-hour days.
