Tareen Dermatology in Minnesota seeks an HR Manager – Operations & Total Rewards to lead payroll, benefits, HRIS, and total rewards initiatives across multiple states. You will balance hands-on operational work with strategic analytics to improve HR processes and controls.

The role focuses on payroll accuracy, benefits administration, vendor management, and data-driven decisions to support a growing healthcare practice. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or a related field.
• Significant payroll and benefits responsibility across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and leave administration.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, reporting, and data audits.
• Experience with compensation analysis and total rewards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-state payroll and benefits administration across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, annual open enrollment, COBRA, and ACA administration.
• Support compensation administration including market pricing and salary benchmarks.
• Develop HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR requirements and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and manage key HR vendor relationships.
