Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, and Colleague & Labor Relations.
• Experience with state and federal HR laws and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience in development, interpretation, and application of HR policies, practices and programs.
