Job summary

Trinity Health in Boise, Idaho is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM business line leaders and COEs, supporting operations, projects and service delivery outcomes.

Under the CHRO/Director HRBP, you will provide analytical guidance, coordinate with COE resources, and help ensure HR programs meet delivery expectations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience in areas such as Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Labor Relations.
• Experience with state and federal HR laws and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to CHRO/Director HRBP and business leaders to implement HR strategy and workforce plans.
• Lead coordination with Centers of Expertise (COE) to deliver HR programs and services aligned to business needs.
• Develop integrated solutions to address HR operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Serve as liaison between HR and executives to guide departments and leverage HR Shared Services.
