Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–3 years HR admin, operations, benefits, payroll support, onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, payroll, and onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS transactions.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leaves, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Support leave administration and documentation.
• Coordinate HR communications and events.
• Cross-train across HR functions to support the team.
