Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in HR/People Operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and employee questions across payroll, benefits, policies, time & attendance.
• Process lifecycle changes: hires, transfers, promotions, separations; maintain HRIS records.
• Conduct audits of records and compliance documents; handle sensitive data securely.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with Recruiting and HR teams.
• Support timekeeping and bi-weekly payroll; resolve punch issues.
