bioMerieux is seeking an HR Support Specialist to help with day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations in Utah, North Carolina, and Missouri. The role supports policies, benefits, unemployment, education assistance, and onboarding processes, collaborating with HR Partners and the HR team.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 4 years of administrative experience, with HR support preferred. The wage range reflects Utah, NC, and MO markets, with eligibility for annual bonuses

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of administrative support experience, HR support preferred.
• Experience with HRIS or case management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process data/status changes and termination requests in HR case management platform.
• Modify positions, coordinate with HR People Partner for accuracy.
• Manage education assistance/reimbursement requests.
• Handle purchasing orders and invoice payments for defined HR groups.
• Administer unemployment claims and monitor updates.
• Process legal entity/company transfers.
• Audit requisitions during onboarding and sync with HRPPs for updates.
• Pull reports from HRIS as requested.
• Compile monthly new parent reports and order gifts.
• Answer FAQs from new hires and team members on policies and benefits.
• Process commission plan letters as applicable.
• Serve as back-up for NTMO and mentor cross-training.
• Provide back-up support to HR Admin Generalist.
• Ensure work complies with company quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
