You will process data changes, support unemployment claims, manage education reimbursement requests, and assist with HR case management tasks. The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with HRIS/case management platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Requires high level of organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with HR case management systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process data/status changes & termination requests in HR case management platform.
• Coordinate position modifications with HR People Partners to ensure accuracy.
• Manage education assistance/reimbursement requests.
• Handle purchasing orders and visa/payment processes for HR groups.
• Administer unemployment claims and monitor updates.
