bioMerieux Inc. in Salt Lake City (and nearby locations) seeks an HR Support Specialist to help day-to-day HR operations.
You will process data changes, support unemployment claims, manage education reimbursement requests, and assist with HR case management tasks. The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with HRIS/case management platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
This position can be located in Salt Lake City, UT, Durham, NC or St Louis, MO
The HR Support Specialist will contribute to the day-to-day operations that align our culutre and teams with the strategic goals of the organization. This position will work closely with other members of the HR Team to administer important functions including, but not limited to: cloud-based service requests, invoicing, educaiton requests and unemployment claims.
The estimated wage range for this role based in Utah, North Carolina and Missouri is between $27.50 - $34.00. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
