K2K9 Solutions LLC in Jackson Springs, NC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage onboarding, offboarding, compliance, HRIS administration, and process tracking. This on-site, full-time, hourly role requires a proactive HR professional who can work independently and meet deadlines.

You will handle I-9s, E-Verify, benefits enrollment in Paycom, and maintain accurate records. Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Paycom experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience with onboarding, offboarding and compliance.
• Experience completing I-9 forms and processing E-Verify.
• Strong HRIS experience, Paycom preferred, with attention to data accuracy.
• Experience in environments requiring high attention to detail and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• I-9 completion and E-Verify processing in compliance with federal requirements.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS (Paycom preferred) and perform data audits.
• Process employee changes, including status, pay, and benefits updates.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and respond to benefits questions.
• Track HR activities, deadlines, evaluations, and documentation; escalate overdue items.
• Support applicant tracking, job descriptions formatting, and HR document management.
