Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and internal partners.
• Work across systems including Dayforce, Halo, email, and other HR platforms to manage employee requests and transactions.
• Support onboarding activities, employee data updates, unemployment claims, I-9/E-Verify processes, and other HR administration.
• Review and respond appropriately to employee information requests from government agencies and other external parties.
• Handle employee information with a high level of accuracy, judgment, and confidentiality.
• Pitch in when priorities shift and assist with large volumes of system updates.
• Learn processes and become a trusted team member who owns work with minimal follow-up.
