Job summary

UC Health is hiring a MYHR Specialist to deliver comprehensive HR support across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Services, and HR Operations. You will serve employees, leaders, candidates, and partners with confidentiality and accuracy, advancing UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values.

This hybrid role handles on-site HR operations three days per week with remote work two days weekly in OH, IN, or KY and is based in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year administrative, customer service, healthcare support, or office experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS or other HR-related software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR service delivery through multiple channels, including phone, email, and case management systems; resolves inquiries and escalations.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and promotes UC Health values and policies.
• Identifies and resolves employee concerns through effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Maintains accurate and complete employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Monitors service requests to meet standards and performance metrics.
• Participates in meetings, trainings, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Supports inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and employee programs.
