Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Coppell, TX team. You'll own onboarding, serve as the in-house expert on ADP Workforce Now, and build HR analytics dashboards to provide leadership with predictive workforce insights.

This high-visibility role partners with managers across the business and drives AI-enabled workflow improvements to reduce administrative burden, while ensuring confidentiality and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Experience with HCM platforms; ADP Workforce Now or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including reporting tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Team Member Experience: manage the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Program.
• Drive Technology and Analytics: configure HR analytics dashboards and AI workflow improvements.
• Support HR Operations and Growth: collaborate with departments and manage vendors.
