Job summary

CPAM Global, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ. You will support employees, onboarding processes, HRIS systems, and payroll activities to ensure accurate, compliant HR operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to improve efficiency and service delivery in a multi-entity environment. This is an on-site role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior HR experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS system.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assist onboarding and post-offer processes with coordination with Operations and IT.
  • Maintain HR systems (Dayforce, WorkTango) accuracy and day-to-day administration.
  • Assist with compliance and audit-related processes.
  • Prepare HR metrics: turnover, compensation, benefits, and workforce reporting.
  • Coordinate timesheet approvals with HR operations and reporting managers.
  • Support payroll cycle, payroll reporting, and reconciliations with Finance.
  • Assist total rewards administration: changes to compensation and benefits enrollment.
  • Serve as first contact for employee benefits questions.
  • Maintain leave administration records and interplay with managers on dates and accommodations.
  • Own Employee Wellness program calendar and engagement activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR operations; identify automation opportunities.
  • Assist HR team with special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are expanding our Corporate team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and improving HR processes.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Continue onboarding process after signing of offer letter, including creating new hire documentation and coordination with Operations and IT departments for set up.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and day‑to‑day administration of all HR‑related systems, including Dayforce, WorkTango, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Assist with compliance and audit‑related processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR metrics including turnover, compensation, benefits, and other workforce reporting.
  • Collaborate with Director, HR Operations and reporting managers to ensure timely and accurate timesheet approvals.
  • Work with Director, HR Operations for a seamless payroll cycle, including processing on time, completing necessary payroll reporting, and working with Finance team on any reconciliations.
  • Support total reward administration including but not limited to: compensation changes, benefit enrollment and changes, employee education, and reporting as needed.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee benefit questions.
  • Maintain leave administration program records, updating reporting managers on potential leave and return dates, accommodations, etc.
  • Ownership of Employee Wellness program, creating an annual schedule to engage and educate employees.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR operational processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and employee service.
  • Assist HR team with special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as previous HR experience is not required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $26- $29 an hour, depending on level of experience.
