Job summary

Saint Alphonsus in Boise, ID seeks an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HR leadership, COEs, and departments. Work with the CHRO/Director HRBP to implement HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services.

The role requires critical thinking, data accuracy, and the ability to develop integrated solutions for HR programs, policies, and service delivery, including data management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, and Labor Relations.
• Experience with state and federal HR laws and regulatory reporting.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and applying HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to CHRO/Director HRBP for HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services.
• Ensures HR programs meet delivery expectations and align with business strategy.
• Develops integrated solutions to HR issues and strategies supporting HR needs.
• Acts as liaison between HR and executives, management, professionals, and colleagues.
