Jefferson County, Washington seeks a collaborative HR Analyst I to coordinate and support a wide range of HR processes across the organization. This hands-on, professional role emphasizes data entry, records management, reporting, follow-up, and coordination to ensure personnel actions are accurate and on time.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, training coordination, employee records, compliance, HR data management and reporting, and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, public administration, or a related field plus 2 years HR experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years HR experience; OR 6 years HR experience.
• Experience across recruitment, personnel administration, or employee relations is preferred.
• Public sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR processes across the organization.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding, personnel administration, and training coordination.
• Manage employee records, compliance, and HR data reporting.
• Explain requirements clearly and track down missing information across departments.
• Apply laws, policies, and bargaining agreements to personnel matters.
