Qualifications

• PMI/Lean Six Sigma/CSM/Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects from planning through implementation with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, track items, and drive accountability.
• Standardize HR workflows and drive operational improvements across departments.
