Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking a Project Manager, HR Operations to lead HR projects from planning through implementation, partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

You will drive process improvements, operational excellence, standardization, and technology implementation to enhance HR operations and the employee experience across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Human Resources, healthcare, or shared services experience preferred.
• PM/Lean Six Sigma/CSM/Agile/Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects, including project plans, timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Help implement HR process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced efficiencies.
• Standardize HR workflows and practices across departments and business units.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and other HR functions.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI metrics to measure project performance and operational outcomes.
• Analyze trends and data to provide recommendations for decision-making and strategic planning.
