Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage high workload.
• Experience or exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, immigration, relocation, performance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Initiates Workday transactions and runs Workday reports for HR and leadership.
• Supports administration of employee immigration cases and relocation packages.
• Assists with offboarding, meeting materials, and talent process follow-ups.
• Posts positions, schedules interviews, coordinates travel, and manages onboarding emails.
• Tracks referrals and processes bonus payments, streamlining processes.
• Coordinate annual Talent Profile updates and manager assessments.
• Manage training programs, courses, and compliance trainings.
