• Interprets rules and laws concerning employee actions and advises staff.
• Maintains employee personnel records and supports recruitment and grievance processes.
• Ensures compliance with Merit Rules, the Oklahoma Personnel Act and related laws.
• Provides guidance to managers and staff on HR-related issues.
