• Process attendance and payroll for a roster of 180+ employees across bargaining units and excluded staff.
• Interpret and apply personnel laws, rules, regulations, policies, and MOUs to salary determinations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in personnel transactions under supervision, with increasing independence over time.
• May require travel to the institutions as necessary.
