Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR operations/administration experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS and employee data management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR Operations contact for employees and managers.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and separations.
• Coordinate HR communications and prepare correspondence, employment documents, and standard HR forms.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely processing of personnel transactions.
• Audit employee data for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate routine HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making.
• Maintain digit and physical personnel files per policy and legal requirements.
• Coordinate hourly recruitment activities: postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, background screenings, reference checks, and drug testing.
