Job summary

ITS, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO to support the employee lifecycle from offer letters to offboarding. The role partners with the HR Generalist and Director to ensure efficient HR operations and growth.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office 365. Colorado residency and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support, administration, or onboarding preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, or compliance tracking desired.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate offer letters and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, documentation, and first-day support.
• Support background checks, I‑9, and compliance activities.
• Maintain personnel files and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with HR data entry and benefits enrollment and changes.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues.
