Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support associates from onboarding through learning, engagement, and ongoing HR support. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to deliver timely, thoughtful service and smooth processes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, communications, or related field.
2–4 years of HR, recruiting coordination, employee experience, or related experience.
Working knowledge of fundamental HR practices and the associate lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding, including preboarding communications, orientation, Form I-9 completion, workstation prep, and scheduling.
Process associate and organizational changes in partnership with the COE (promotions, transfers, reporting relationships).
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding.
Support associate engagement and recognition programs and onboarding events.
Maintain onboarding resources, new-hire materials, swag, and orientation supplies.
Respond to routine HR policy questions and maintain HR templates and SOPs.
