  • Manage and maintain the organization’s job description library, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure job descriptions are accurate, consistent, and updated as roles evolve.
  • Create and maintain HR templates, process documentation, standard operating procedures, and shared resources.
  • Support team projects, annual initiatives, and continuous-improvement efforts.

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel arrangements, and interview schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with job postings, interview materials, offer-process coordination, preemployment activities, and recruiting events.
  • Support recruiting reporting, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Learning & Development

  • Provide coordination support for training communications, calendar invitations, participant materials, room logistics, and manager reminders.
  • Curate e-learning and one-off training requests for associates while maintaining accurate and current training records and learning data.
  • Support leadership-development programs, new-manager resources, and other learning initiatives.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to determine when an issue should be escalated.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working within an HCM, HRIS, ATS, learning management system, or similar business platform.
