Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associates Degree preferred, and at least one year of HR experience.
• 3+ years of Human Resource experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists HR Director by providing administrative support.
• Gathers information of a technical nature through research.
• Answers simple HR related questions.
• Assists employees with issues with the HRIS system.
• Interprets simple policies.
• Compiles and maintains personnel records.
• Records employee information and assists in updating employee files.
• Onboards new hires and inputs personnel data into the HRIS system.
• Compiles monthly reports for submission to HR Director and executive staff.
• Assists with New Employee Orientation.
• Performs other clerical duties related to human resources.
