Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and drive process improvements.
• Direct payroll, timekeeping, and leave administration in alignment with policies.
• Develop reports from HR systems and audits to identify issues.
• Collaborate with Benefits and TAM Manager on workforce planning and data flow.
• Serve as campus payroll lead and liaison with University Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support campus onboarding and data accuracy.
