Qualifications

  • Manage personnel transactions and HR/payroll policies for Columbia College.
  • Serve as a resource for managers on HR policies and inquiries.
  • Oversee time, attendance, and bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly staff.
  • Lead onboarding for new full-time and part-time employees; audit data in HR systems.
  • Create reports and dashboards to measure HR metrics and ensure compliance.
