Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP seeks a Human Resources Operations Manager in a hybrid Atlanta setting to oversee firm-wide HR policies, manuals, and the performance evaluation program, leveraging vi-Aderant for system administration.

The role coordinates recruiting, onboarding, vendor relations, visa processing, compliance training, and intranet management, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence. A BA/BS and SHRM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in human resources in a highly matrixed, multi-office organization.
• At least ten years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in HR best practices, metrics, policy development, regulatory compliance and HRMS systems.
• Build consensus and manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and HRIS systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes, maintains, updates, and revises all HR policies, manuals, forms and documents.
• Designs and upgrades processes for recruiting, onboarding, evaluation, compensation and departure.
• Audits HR intranet and internet presence to keep information current.
• Conducts regular department audits and serves as HR contact for internal and external audits.
• Designs and revises job descriptions for all business professional positions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance across states and monitors relevant legislation.
• Monitors HR trends and implements approved changes to stay competitive.
• Manages the performance evaluation process and system administration via vi-Aderant.
• Manages vendor relationships for background checks, recruiting, and training.
• Oversees international hire visa processing and related documentation.
• Oversees Anti-Harassment Compliance Training and Ethics Hotline programs.
• Manages workers' compensation claims with the carrier and broker.
• Communicates the Stars program and updates across the firm.
• Creates independent contractor agreements and firm org charts.
