Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources department with focus on benefits and leave management.
• Experience in a multi-office professional services organization or law firm is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and administration of employee and partner benefit programs and policies.
• Analyze current benefit offerings and benchmark against comparable organizations.
• Serve as primary resource for employees regarding benefit plans, enrollment, eligibility and issues.
• Conduct benefits orientation and enrollment support for new hires.
• Manage COBRA administration and compliance.
• Coordinate and administer parental, disability and FMLA leaves.
• Oversee the wellness program and employee well-being initiatives.
• Assist with benefits budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Organize and administer open enrollment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting and disclosures.
