Responsibilities

• Develops and updates HR policies, manuals and employee handbook.
• Oversees recruiting, onboarding, evaluation, compensation and departures.
• Manages HR intranet presence and audits processes and files.
• Ensures compliance across states and supports audits.
• Manages vendor relationships for background checks, posting and training.
• Oversees international visa processing and immigration coordination.
