Job summary

Kelly Partners in Malibu seeks an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join our Services team. This hands-on role spans the full employee lifecycle, delivering strategic input and day-to-day HR execution.

Reporting to the Global Head of People, the ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR operations, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and a strong grasp of employment law and compliance. You will partner with leaders, support recruitment, and drive scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in hands-on HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies and processes ensuring compliance with laws.
• Advise Partners on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and documentation accurately and accessibly.
• Contribute strategic input to people initiatives while delivering hands-on delivery.
• Support people-related projects to enable growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with HR data collection/analysis to support reporting and decision-making.
• Work with CEO and Global Head of People to embed group policies and best practices.
• Travel to other office locations to provide in-person HR support.
