Job summary

Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking an HR Operations Manager – Benefits & HRIS to lead benefits administration and the HRIS ecosystem. You will oversee payroll coordination, compensation support, and ensure compliance across HR operations for a multi-location hospitality/entertainment team.

The role requires strong data integrity, system configuration, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver streamlined processes and enhanced employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with substantial responsibility in benefits administration and/or HRIS management.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits, 401(k) administration, leave programs, workers’ compensation and related compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Workday, Dayforce or similar systems.
• Demonstrated experience with data integrity, system configuration, reporting, testing, integrations, upgrades or workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll and HR compliance; experience managing vendors and third-party providers.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical capability, project management, communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of benefits and wellbeing programs, including 401(k) and open enrollment.
• Serve as the functional owner of the HRIS and related People technology platforms.
• Lead system configuration, testing, upgrades, workflows and integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, recruiting and Finance systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting for HR, Finance and Operations; translate data into insights.
• Establish data standards, audits, user roles, documentation and QA processes for a multi-location org.
• Use automation and emerging technology to improve self-service and HR experience.
