Job summary

Family-Entertainment-Group is seeking an HR Operations Manager – Benefits & HRIS to lead benefits administration and HRIS data management for a multi-location workforce. You will oversee payroll with a dedicated team member, support compensation processes, and ensure compliance across HR operations.

The role requires extensive experience in benefits, HRIS, and multi-state payroll, plus strong data governance and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility in benefits administration and HRIS management.
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits, 401(k) administration, leave programs and related compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Workday, Dayforce or similar systems.
• Experience with data integrity, system configuration, reporting, testing, integrations, upgrades or workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll and HR compliance; experience managing vendors and third-party providers.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical capability, project management, communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of benefits programs and wellbeing initiatives for employees.
• Serve as functional owner of HRIS and related People technology platforms; implement system changes and integrations.
• Oversee payroll via a dedicated payroll team member and coordinate with Finance.
• Support compliance, audits and policy administration across HR operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for HR, Finance and Operations; provide actionable insights.
