You will manage end-to-end processes, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and drive enhancements across ADP Workforce Now and related systems to support leadership with clear, actionable reporting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in payroll, multi-state experience, and strong communication skills to advise executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Extensive ADP Workforce Now experience across multiple company codes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Multi-entity and multi-state payroll experience
• CPP or FPC preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple entities and company codes
• Ensure payroll processing accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Administer ADP Workforce Now across multiple entities
• Prepare payroll reports for management and leadership, support audits
• Coordinate retirement plan and deferred compensation administration
