Job summary

Work alongside People Operations professionals to support data entry in HRIS systems (Workday, GlobalView), monitor HR queues, assist with documentation and compliance, and contribute to projects on reporting and templates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, GlobalView).
• Help monitor and manage HR queues for timely resolution of employee requests.
• Support compliance and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting.
• Help maintain and update HR templates and internal resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows.
