Qualifications

• 2+ years of benefits administration or 4+ years with related vocational education.
• Experience with HRIS or benefits platforms and vendor management preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in HR, Communications, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between service center and rewards services, managing escalated employee cases and administering enrollment and vendor content updates.
• Support annual Open Enrollment, including system testing, communications, and complex inquiries; coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Maintain benefits content on the People Portal and assist with audits, notices, and compliance activities.
