Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or People Operations, comfortable moving across benefits, immigration, compensation, and program support.
• Proven ability to run a defined process independently once trained.
• Experience supporting a recurring People program such as open enrollment or a performance cycle as part of a team.
• Hands-on fluency in an HRIS or payroll system such as ADP Workforce Now.
• A reconciliation instinct: you can compare datasets and spot misalignments.
• Strong organization and deadline awareness across multiple recurring processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication with employees on benefits and processes.
• AI literacy: use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to draft communications and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day benefits administration and drive the annual open enrollment cycle end to end—enrollments, qualifying life events, invoice reconciliation, and COBRA coordination.
• Partner with immigration to manage cases and deadlines, and own I-9 and E-Verify execution.
• Maintain the compensation data and banding library, and submissions to benchmarking partners.
• Build analytics around pay decisions—band placement, compa-ratio, and offer analytics.
• Keep recurring People programs moving on cadence (performance reviews, annual compensation, surveys).
• Curate the People programs calendar so cycles land cleanly and do not collide.
• Work with People systems owners on data integrity and audits across HR tools (ChartHop).
• Tackle cross-domain projects as a flexible generalist.
