Job Title - HR Executive - HR Operations & Employee Experience
Experience - 3-6 Years
Role Purpose
To manage and execute employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR data management, compliance activities, stakeholder coordination, and HR reporting while ensuring an excellent employee experience and adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements.
1. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners.
- Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation.
- Facilitate employee assimilation and a positive joining experience.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits.
- Generate and maintain employment-related letters and documents.
- Support employee movements within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to employee lifecycle processes and policies.
3. HR Operations & Employee Records
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Ensure all employee documents are updated and securely maintained.
- Manage document audits and record management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives as per annual calendar.
- Coordinate Town Halls, R&R programs, service anniversaries, wellness activities, and employee events.
- Facilitate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee experience.
5. Compliance & HR Governance
- Support statutory compliance activities related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishment requirements.
- Ensure employee documentation is compliant and audit ready.
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits.
- Maintain compliance trackers and reports.
6. HR Data Management & MIS
- Generate monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
- Track headcount, attrition, employee movement, leave trends, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain HR databases and analytics.
- Provide insights to HR leadership for decision-making.
7. Stakeholder & Employee Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Partner with managers and business stakeholders on HR operational requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and requests.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Admin, Finance, IT, and other support functions.
8. Payroll Coordination
- Provide employee movement and attendance-related inputs to payroll.
- Validate payroll changes related to employee lifecycle events.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for employee query resolution.
