Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of human resources experience, onboarding, HRIS administration, or integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Strong planning, tracking, and deadline-driven project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of HR principles and employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and monitor system and process improvements with the team.
• Support HRIS transaction processing and administration for timely, accurate updates.
• Validate data accuracy, run reconciliations, resolve discrepancies; maintain documentation.
• Conduct new hire orientation and organize training and development initiatives.
• Maintain onboarding workflows for a consistent candidate experience.
• Coordinate HR programs and events such as performance reviews and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR correspondence.
• Prepare executive reports and company-wide communications.
• Assist in data integration across HR systems (ADP WorkforceNow, iCIMS, Fresh Service).
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities.
