Job summary

Cape & Coast Bank is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Hyannis, MA HR team. The role supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, with emphasis on HR systems, data integrity, and payroll collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of human resources experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred.
• Experience with integrated HR systems and maintaining employee data, workflows, reporting and system accuracy; previous experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR operations, best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities, and familiar with AI-enabled workplace tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and knowledgeable guidance to employees regarding employment-related programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serves as HRIS administrator, maintaining system configuration, user access, workflows, and data integrity across modules and other HR platforms; troubleshoots issues and implements corrections.
• Provides day-to-day technical support and guidance to employees and managers using HR systems; generates, analyzes, and interprets HR reports.
