Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives at our Reno, NV site and beyond. You will partner with leaders to deliver solutions across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations while leveraging COEs and Legal for governance and compliance.

The role requires 8+ years of HRBP experience, strong analytical skills, and comfort with AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRBP experience partnering with leaders.
• Experience across recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR actions, programs and initiatives.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and complex performance/ER matters.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training and development, leaves of absence, performance management, timekeeping, and compensation.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Legal to launch and embed enterprise programs.
• Use advanced analytics to diagnose issues and recommend high-impact solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR processes and improve day-to-day execution.
