Entegris, Inc. in Burnet, TX is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our on-site HR team. This role supports the employee lifecycle through transactional HR activities, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and routine employee needs, with occasional travel to Round Rock.

You will partner with HR partners, recruiters, and shared services to keep processes accurate and timely. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years HR admin experience, is proficient with HRIS (Workday preferred) and LMS, and can

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Admin, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years HR administrative or coordinator experience, multi-site a plus.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and LMS.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; strong organizational skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Enter approved requisitions in Workday and maintain trackers.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, job fairs, onboarding.
• Lead weekly New Hire Orientation and onboarding materials.
• Track onboarding metrics and coordinate orientation sessions across sites.
• Process Workday transactions for hires, transfers, and other changes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data; support audits.
