The Human Resources Coordinator supports onboarding, HRIS administration (Paycom), and credentialing to ensure compliant employment records for 3,000+ patients annually.

• Two years of HR experience required, onboarding or HRIS preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and HRIS administration.
• Maintain accurate, compliant HR records and credentialing data.
• Coordinate credentialing for credentialed employees and audits.
• Assist with pre-employment screening and I-9 processing.
• Support HR policies, communications, and special projects.
