The position emphasizes process improvements, data reporting, and training to strengthen LS&Co. values. The candidate should have an associate degree or equivalent, about 2 years of HR experience, and comfort with HRIS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• HRIS and payroll proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner in managing administration for employee life cycle.
• Address employee relations, payroll, attendance, and performance matters.
• Participate in employee performance investigations.
• Administer and reconcile timecard and payroll functions for the site.
• Improve processes by creating reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
• Conduct hiring and exit interviews.
• Communicate HR policies and changes to processes.
• Facilitate training for DC team members.
• Coordinate team member recognition and rewards.
• Participate in new hire orientation.
• Process improvements for the department.
• Maintain employment data in HRIS and filing systems.
