Job summary

alexander wang is seeking a Coordinator, Human Resources to support the HR team, including the SVP and store operations. The role focuses on day-to-day HR tasks, confidentiality and scalable processes with room to grow and learn business fundamentals.

Responsibilities include executive calendar management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, store HR support, communications, policy guidance, and records management. ADP/WN and other HR tools are used to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HR experience required; retail and fashion a plus.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn ADP Workforce Now, Workable and LinkedIn Learning.
• Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Admin & executive support: manage calendars and office logistics, support HR presentations.
• Recruitment & onboarding: screen applicants, coordinate interviews, handle new hire paperwork.
• Retail & store support: assist stores with HR needs and visit stores periodically.
• Communications & engagement: drafts communications and supports events and trainings.
• Policy, compliance & safety: assist with policy questions and safety protocols.
• Systems & analytics: maintain HR data, records, and cross-border coordination.
